High School at CCS
High school at CCS is large enough to provide variety but small enough to remain personal.
Students in high school have a wide choice of options including choir, drama, worship team, student
council, yearbook, power technology, computer applications, weighted and
advanced placement courses, and multiple service opportunities.
Mission opportunities, both domestic and international, are made
available
to our high school students.
Starting in the 2009-2010 school year we are expanding our academic offerings by making available online course resources from Sevenstar Academy and Lincoln Interactive. This exciting new opportunity will allow students to pursue coursework in areas such as marine science, digital technology, Latin, Chinese, CADD, music theory, and much more. See our CCS Connects page for more information about our online courses.
Interscholastic sports at the high school level include soccer, basketball, golf (boys), volleyball (girls), and track & field.
Electives in areas such as art, music, yearbook, electronics, and lifetime sports round out the high school education at CCS.
Our high school graduates go on to attend a wide variety of colleges, both Christian and secular, and many have received academic scholarships. Students also go on to attend trade schools, pursue mission opportunities, and join the work force. Each student is encouraged to use his or her unique God-given talents and abilities to follow Him in the path He has chosen.
Check out the High School Course Selection Guide to learn which courses are available.
